Delivery Time

Please note that business days do not include weekends and public holidays.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or sms.

 Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 Damages

ANA.S  Designer Label will be  liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us with the package opening video.We would either refund your money within 7 days or would send the same  new item.
